Project RD Ondřejov - Turkovice
Today, we would like to share with you the story and results of one of our projects that we initiated in 2022, and we want to show you its main advantages. It is a development project consisting of 7 family houses with a unique view of the countryside.
The project is located in a very peaceful area with a strategically attractive position. It’s a beautiful combination: a designer family house surrounded by calming nature, all complemented by a stunning view of Prague. These houses are designed for maximum comfort and the well-being of future residents. Every detail is chosen with great care for the joy of living.
It takes only 30 minutes to reach the center of Prague by car and just 15 minutes to the Chodov metro station, where the largest shopping center in the Czech Republic is located – WESTFIELD CHODOV. It is an ideal location for anyone who wants to live in a beautiful place close to nature and at the same time not far from the city.
These properties belong to the premium class; they are luxurious houses with beautiful facades featuring natural stone and a carefully thought-out internal layout so that each owner can make interior modifications according to their taste and needs in the future.
The placement of the buildings on the plot was designed to ensure that each completed house retains a panoramic view of Prague. Each house will have a fireplace, creating a unique atmosphere of coziness and romance. We would also like to mention that we have ensured the possibility of creating a large wellness area on the ground floor of the house.
In planning the houses, we have emphasized the use of ecological materials, highlighting our commitment to the environment. We are particularly proud of our collaboration with designers: in each house, we preserve the variability of room use for the owners.
