About us

Flexible Investment Solutions s.r.o. was founded by a group of specialists with extensive experience in areas such as business strategies, investments, capital management, stock exchange trading and securities trading, and development. Our years of experience and modern approaches have contributed to the creation of a series of significant projects that we are proud of. The company focuses on development in various fields, with the most notable being the construction of private houses and residential buildings. We have experience in implementing private house construction projects in Prague and its surroundings. 

Projects involving residential buildings and the renovation of properties also occupy a substantial share. We continue to move forward, directing our attention to other industries such as restaurant holdings and the development of green technologies. As part of responsible business management and asset management, the company has been duly registered in the list of organizations providing services comparable to fund management in accordance with § 15 of Law 240/2013 Coll. on Investment Companies and Investment Funds (“ZISIF”). The Czech National Bank does not supervise according to § 15 ZISIF.
